Techstone Quartz Surfaces is manufactured using high grade Natural Quartz aggregates. Quartz aggregates and quartz filler are sieved & refined to manufacture Quartz Slabs using this Quartz aggregates & powder (90% – 92%), polyester resin (8 to 10%) and best quality pigments through a completely automated plant for precision in colour & design. These Quartz Slabs undergo a curing process for 24 hrs. The slabs are then calibrated & polished on a completely automated polishing line to deliver the final finished product.

Techstone Quartz is available in the size – 3200mm x 850mm. this is the maximum size that is manufactured. However, any size lesser than this can also be easily manufactured. This will eventually help is cutting down wastage when the slabs are fabricated. The thickness we provide are 10mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 20mm, 30mm.

Techstone Quartz Surfaces can be used for both residential as well as commercial purposes.
