At Techstone Quartz, every slab is the result of precision engineering, sustainable practices, and a strong commitment to quality. Here’s how we transform raw quartz into world-class surfaces:

Raw Material Selection

1 – Raw Material Selection

The journey begins with sourcing premium raw materials including natural quartz sand, pigments, resins, and coupling agents. Each batch is carefully inspected to ensure consistency, durability, and strength in the final product.

2 – Feeding & Mixing

All materials undergo strict manual and automated inspections for cracks or impurities before entering the mixing process. Using cutting-edge technology, we blend 93% natural quartz aggregates with 7% resin and additives, achieving the perfect balance of beauty and durability.

Molding Process

3 – Molding

The blended slurry is poured into molds to create standard or custom slab sizes as per client requirements. This stage requires precision and careful handling to ensure the foundation for flawless slabs.

4 – Pressing

Using advanced vacuum, hydraulic, pneumatic, and vibration technology, each slab is pressed under 100 tons of pressure. This process eliminates air bubbles and moisture, ensuring crack-free, high-density slabs. Only trained professionals handle this critical stage to guarantee strength and reliability.

5 – Curing

The slabs are transferred to curing kilns at 85–90°C and cured for 40 minutes. This process develops the signature patterns, veining, and solid structure that define Techstone Quartz surfaces.

6 – Cooling & Polishing

Slabs are cooled and polished on an automated roller conveyor line. Passing through 36 precision grinding heads with cooling water and abrasives, the surfaces achieve a high-gloss, mirror-like finish or custom matte textures—bringing out the stone’s natural beauty.

Quality Control

7 – Quality Control

Every slab undergoes a rigorous quality inspection using laser-guided technology to detect cracks, pores, or imperfections. We adhere to strict global standards with size tolerance within ±0.3%. Only flawless slabs pass to the next stage.

8 – Labeling

Once approved, slabs are labeled with all essential details including batch numbers, sizes, colors, and manufacturing dates, ensuring complete traceability.

9 – Packaging & Shipment

The final stage is secure, export-ready packaging designed to protect slabs during global transit. With live tracking and timely delivery, we ensure customers worldwide receive their slabs in perfect condition.
